GENETRIFY is operated by GENETRIFY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES, a sole proprietorship owned by Selwyn Uy. Registered address: Polomolok, South Cotabato.

GENETRIFY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES is the personal information controller for this website under Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Through the website itself, nothing. There is no sign-up, no contact form, no comment box, and no analytics script. Visiting a page does not create a record we hold about you.

Our hosting provider processes standard server request data in order to serve the page to you and to protect the service from abuse. This includes your IP address, the page requested, and your browser's user agent string. We do not build profiles from it and we do not receive it in a form that identifies you personally.

If you choose to email us, we hold that email. See section iv.

Stated plainly, because this is the part that is worth reading:

• We do not run analytics or tracking scripts on this site.
• We do not use advertising pixels, remarketing tags, or third party trackers of any kind.
• We do not set cookies. See section v.
• We do not collect names, phone numbers, or addresses through the site.
• We do not collect payment or banking details anywhere on this site.
• We do not track which pages an individual visitor reads.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone, ever.

These statements describe how the site is actually built. If that changes, this section changes first.

Emailing support@genetrify.com sends us whatever you put in that message: your email address, your name if you sign it, and whatever you tell us about your business.

We use it to reply to you and to carry out any work you go on to engage us for. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use your address for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.

This site sets no cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. Your browser may cache pages and static files normally, which is ordinary browser behaviour and not something we read.

Naming them, because a vague reference to trusted partners is worse than useless:

• Vercel Inc. hosts this website and processes server request data as described in section ii.
• Google LLC operates the email service behind our contact address, so email you send us is stored there.

We add no other processors for this website. If that changes, this list changes with it.

Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to the working relationship, and then deleted. Where an enquiry turns into a paid engagement, records connected to that engagement are kept for as long as Philippine tax and accounting rules require, which is generally ten years for books of account and supporting records.

You can ask us to delete correspondence at any time, subject to those retention obligations. See section ix.

The site is served over HTTPS. Because the site holds no accounts, no database, and no personal information of its own, the practical security surface is our email account, which is protected with a strong unique password and multi-factor authentication.

No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. We do claim that there is very little here to lose.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you have the right to be informed, the right to object, the right to access, the right to rectification, the right to erasure or blocking, the right to damages, and the right to data portability.

To exercise any of these, email support@genetrify.com. We will respond within a reasonable period. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

This site is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Since the site collects nothing through its pages, the practical risk here is limited to someone emailing us.

If this policy changes, the last updated date at the top of the page moves. Material changes, particularly anything that would add tracking or cookies to the site, will be described here rather than made quietly.
